Terms & Conditions Please read the terms and conditions	This is a binding agreement between we ("DesignAdage.com"), you ("Author","You","Participant") and the platform owner ("The Platform"). DesignAdage.com provides the IT platform for digitally collecting design quote entries. The Platform is who owns the DesignAdage.com, and you are an author who submits an entry to the DesignAdage.com. By registering to the DesignAdage.com, You are granting a license to DesignAdage.com and The Platform to publish your entry without your prior confirmation. You understand and confirm that The Platform can publish your work as completely or partially or as a summary in any kind of media. You state and agree that You are the copyright holder for your entry. In case your entry is not totally owned or created by You (i.e. if there are co-authors or if you are using other copyrighted material from 3rd parties), You also state that you have the consent of the respective copyright holders for registering to the DesignAdage.com with your entry, and you take responsibility for any issues that might arise including but not limited to copyrights, publicity and privacy issues, you also agree and state that you have rights to license the entries to The Platform and DesignAdage.com for dissemination and publishing purposes. You as the Author hereby indemnifies and holds DesignAdage.com and the Platform harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, which are incurred by Attendee/Client, its agents, employees and guests. You agree that your private information such as name, surname will be publicly available online and offline, including but not limited to the paper editions of the DesignAdage.com, publictations in design magazines and any other channels. You agree to share your personal information with the affiliates of The Platform and the DesignAdage.com including but not limited to other publishers, journals and platforms. DesignAdage.com and The Platform reserves the right to cancel your duplicate quotes or quotes that do not comply with DesignAdage guidelines without prior notice. The Platform or DesignAdage.com reserves the right to prohibit entry or participation of any person to the system, or eject any person from the event or publications based on behavior deemed inappropriate by The Platform staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority. You agree that we save your personal information in the Platform database. The Platform and DesignAdage.com is not responsible or obliged to reveal the processes of selecting quotes to be published. In case, the DesignAdage.com turns the quotes into a book, you grant a right to have these quotes published without requesting compensation.
