No designer likes critique, yet it fuels growth. Most designers often feel sensitive about receiving criticism on their work. While constructive feedback is essential for growth, it can be difficult to accept critique without taking it personally as a designer that's because designers pour their heart into their creations, so any criticism may feel like a direct attack on their abilities and self-worth which is of course not true; we overestimate the criticism; indeed this feedback, though sometimes hard to accept, pushes you to refine and improve your work, see new perspectives, and ultimately enhance your outcome if not your creativity. Embracing critique, even reluctantly, is crucial for development and innovation in design, if you can take it.
