Passion is essential for creating good design. Note this; there are two types of designers, the people who have design as their job, and those who have design as their passion; only passion brings out good design, and only those who have design as their passion are true designers (excluding several miserable geniuses who can design good without any passion whatsoever because they are just too good at anything they do). Genuine design must originate from passion rather than obligation, best designs are born from deep personal engagement and love for the craft.
