Traditional medicine has always put the illness before the patient , the same way that company has always put the product before the consumers. Chinese medicine is focusing on the patient to understand the fundamental causes. Design should follow the same thinking by understanding the fundamental of consumers behaviour. It takes more time but it last longer, because it works directly on the roots.
