I said this quote in many ways and I will most likely keep rephrasing this adage in future as it helps me remember this very important concept and as it really matters; Great design is very important for great promotion; when you have great design, first of all it is cheaper to promote it; it is cheaper in sense with the same amount of publicity spending, you convert more clients, and then secondly, your clients and consumers make more personal recommendations to their friends and peers, buyers make more referrals; great design has also higher viral publicity, and thirdly, great design also increases customer satisfaction, retention and brand royalty.
