When an experiment cannot be duplicated, we cannot be sure about the findings, and when a design process cannot be repeated we cannot be sure whether it is good design or not; design for business is about creation of repeatable processes that could be followed by anyone else than the creator, it is the passing of know how to new workers, customers and future prospects, integrated within the system design.
