For commercial products especially, good design must be attractive, people have a very little attention span, and we need to catch that span to be considered, once we are considered, we must be appealing, attracting and charming, once we grab that attention, we can now be smart, intelligent and wise, but for us to show our intelligence, we need to do the due diligence; we as products of design, must be attractive because people have little time to judge, within that little time we must be judged good.
