Design is a process that is fairly simple but usually quoted by the lesser minds as complex, it is simple because there is a documented procedure, an algorithm that any intelligence can follow; first you have a need, second you have some means or ingredients to satisfy the need but you do not yet know the formula, third you have past experience about how ingredients go together (even if you do not have this you would later), and fourth you mix the ingredients and then fifth you taste it, if not good go back to step three.
