Good design is creating what is right for everyone for 3 reasons. 1. Consumer demands good design, therefore first of all good design must satisfy the needs of consumer. 2. Producers supply good design, therefore equally important, good design must be profitable. 3. Good design is created in the environment, thus for continued existence of environment where good design is created, good design must do right by the environment, and this is perhaps the most important thing as it is easy to miss.
