Onur Cobanli explains:
To become a good designer, you must fight and beat over your ego. Beating or winning over your ego means listening to feedback, keeping your eye and ears open, welcoming, critique. Listening to other experts, and not turning a blind eye on what your peers say; it is respecting other people's opinions. Now, what I am saying is not to do what all people wants; that's no good; what I am saying is listen to all, digest and internalise these outspoken ideas, try to understand why people say what they say, to discover hidden needs as well as unseen possibilities and opportunities; in order to make slight yet powerful improvements to your design.
