There are so many things that need to be designed, improved and advanced; there should be no such thing as unemployment or idling for any designer. It is hard to be a good designer and just sit and observe bad design, you simply cannot; you have to do something; you feel the noblesse oblige to fix and improve, to do good by everything. It is just not possible for a good, great designer to take it as it is; they must improve, build upon and advance. Good design is relentless.
