It is essential to keep in mind that the ultimate reason why products and services exists is to make people happy. If your product or service works great but makes people sad, it will eventually fail. Sure there will be some cases where the consumer and client is different and cases where the decision of purchasing is separated from that of consumption but in general if the product or service makes you feel bad or sad, even if it works great, even if it satisfies its intended function, you would still not want it. Always remember and ask the question to yourself; will this product or service will make people happy? If the answer is no, you fail.
