It is as simple as that, good designers do not born as good designers, sure some designers have talent and inclination from since their birth but good designers also have great exercise, practice and experience. Especially considering design requires a lot of knowledge, a lot of wisdom, practice matters a lot. Keep practicing your design, eventually it will become better and great, listen to feedback, reflect why your previous design was not as good, think how to do better next time, eventually you will have good design.
