No matter how niche your design is there will always be a buyer provided you can adequately advertise and promote your design. Keep designing, keep advertising it. Someone for sure will love it. But of course this does not mean that you should not keep an eye on what is socially desired, I don’t mean that you should let your ego roam free; I am merely stating that any type of design will have its own specific audience.
