It is not easy to create good design let alone great design; to come up with good design in most cases you either start with nothing or start with a bad design which is even worse than starting with nothing, then you need to mould, form, reshape that initial ugly raw idea until it becomes truly brilliant; it is like slapping coal and trying to make a diamond, with your bare hands; it takes time and effort to build a mental high-temperature high-pressure tool that you can use to turn coal into carbon; it takes time to develop and tune your design skills to be able to create good design; good design requires will, desire and persistence.
