It is perhaps ironic but some great designs are never used, and in many cases great design products are used but they are still are kept in pristine condition; some are given care and some stay like the day they were purchased due to their intrinsic design qualities. Then there are some great designs that are almost breaking apart, they are heavily used; but even in their worst condition, most are not discarded; because in all cases, there is love; you love it, you use it always because you love it or you use it always and therefore you love it, and in some cases you never use it because you love it; in all cases you love great design and you do not discard it once its practical lifetime is over; that is different from good design which hopefully gets recycled after its lifetime.
