Designers who love design are those who usually come up with the best designs, this is because designing is hard, designing good needs a lot of love; to make good design you need to be able to keep pushing, keep going, you need to persist through; you need to be able to not stop at a satisfactory design and push even further, through more experimentation, more research, more iteration and more refinements, you need to work hard to make a good design, and this hard work is usually underpaid, therefore it is only those designers, who truly love design, who do not primarily design for money, are the ones that create the most amazing works; they do not give up, they do not get bored and they do not get lazy. When you love your work, when you love your work of designing, you are more likely to have exceptional designs that make a difference. When you love to design, your designs become better, good and great. People love great design.
