Most design clients know little or nothing about design yet they think they do. Remind them that you are the design expert. Do not let your design clients tell you what to do, otherwise you are no different then a barber; never cut it the way they like just because they say so; question always and cut it the way you think is correct, of course after listening to what they want to achieve etc; remember, of course, that the clients know their consumers best, yet also remember that you are the designer; do not yield, design whatever you think is good, instead of changing your designs always, sometimes consider changing your clients; you are the expert as a designer, act like one.
