Design is indeed one of the first aspects of good business together with marketing which also requires good design, yet it is not so easy to measure design value numerically, i.e. it is hard to count, and that is why many managers are unable to justify themselves or their superiors, partakers or shareholders the value of design. There are many ways to measure design value today, and observations indicate that design truly makes a positive difference for any company.
