As a designer, remember that designing a product is just the beginning; ensuring its long-term success requires ongoing maintenance, updates, and support from you. Sustaining a product's quality and relevance is a significant challenge. This applies also to digital products, services, maintaining quality, and sometimes maintaining existence is simply hard.
