Sometimes, the key to all the answers is in an old woman's pocket on the bus. A real designer listens to every criticism and every suggestion.

This quote is about humility, observation, and human centered design. The “old woman on the bus” symbolizes ordinary people whose experiences often go unnoticed. It reminds us that valuable insights and innovative ideas do not always come from experts, studios, or boardrooms. Sometimes, they come from everyday life. A real designer does more than create beautiful objects. They observe, listen, and remain open to criticism and suggestions from different perspectives. Design is not only about expressing your own vision; it is also about understanding people, their behaviors, their needs, and the stories they carry with them every day. The best answers are often hidden in places we least expect.
