Every outstanding design stems from an even more meaningful purpose.

Alberto March klarigas:
The phrase " Every outstanding design stems from an even more meaningful purpose" suggests that a design's context, purpose, and inspiration significantly contribute to its overall impact and effectiveness. Here’s a breakdown of what this means:Contextual Understanding: A design does not exist in a vacuum. Understanding the cultural, historical, or situational context can inform decisions that resonate with the intended audience.Purpose and Intent: A strong narrative can clarify the purpose behind a design and explain why certain choices, such as colour, form, or materials, made the design more meaningful and relatable.Emotional Connection: Stories evoke emotions. When users understand the narrative behind a design, they may develop a deeper emotional connection, which can enhance their experience and engagement.User Experience: A narrative can guide the user experience, creating a journey that aligns with the users' needs and expectations. This can lead to more intuitive and enjoyable interactions.Brand Identity: For brands, the story behind a design helps communicate values and mission, reinforcing brand identity and fostering customer loyalty.Differentiation: A compelling narrative can set a design apart in a crowded market, making it memorable and distinctive.Overall, incorporating a narrative into the design adds depth and significance, transforming a simple aesthetic choice into a powerful communication tool.
