Good design is never fast and cheap, but it is also never expensive and slow.

Onur Cobanli omombe'u:
When you work with a professional designer, they charge a lot, but in most cases they will most likely deliver results fast; that’s because the very best professionals do not charge you for their hour, but for the thousands of hours they had already put into developing their skills and experience; pros charge you with experience, they are already good at it, and therefore professionals usually have a fast turnaround. While good design does not come fast and cheap at the same time, it should also not be expensive and slow; because if you work with the right professionals who have an expertise on what you need, the job will be relatively easy, something they had already done, and something they could most likely do again fast.
