Art should be an essential expression of deep feeling. Design should follow the principle: "form follows function". Making Jewelry is a balancing act between Art and Design.

Britta Schwalm wuxuu sharxayaa:
Art is where the artist imparts a piece of themselves. True art should move and touch people, transcending language, space, and time.Design is an intricate field where the designer invests significant thought, calculation, and testing. The primary aim of design should be to make the usage of objects easier and more intuitive, blending functionality with aesthetics. And to make jewellery a goldsmith must master numerous techniques. They need to be adept at handling both materials and tools, ensuring that each piece is meticulously crafted. Beyond technical skills, a goldsmith should strive to create pieces that resonate with and touch the hearts of their customers, transforming raw materials into wearable art that tells a story and evokes emotion.
