When I mean good design fits in and great design stands out I am focusing on the idea that good design must adhere to market needs and requirements; good design is designed with taking consideration into what consumers and clients want; therefore good design fits in; it is what people wanted, it fits; on the other hand, great design is also what people wanted but people were not initially aware that they wanted it; nothing like it existed prior; it is great, it stands out; that’s what good design fits in and great design stands out is all about.
